Amida Recruitment is proud to be working with an extremely reputable Housing Association supporting with recruiting for a Mental Health Project Worker

**Location**:Watford

**Salary**:Up to £21,114

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Weekly Hours**: Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Project Worker - Supported Housing to assist the Scheme Manager to deliver a support service for vulnerable people, primarily with mental health issues.

The Role:
One of our core priorities across all parts of the business is delivering an excellent experience every
time to every customer, internal and external.

In particular:

- To provide an effective support service, adhering to all relevant Group policies and procedures
- To complete and report on set objectives and targets
- To maintain accurate records and complete all relevant administrative tasks required
- To be aware of and work closely with all relevant internal and external professionals
- To actively encourage and facilitate opportunities for meaningful customer involvement
- Promote the support service area of operation; to include identifying referrers, attend
relevant multi-disciplinary meetings and update support service promotional material.
- To visit customers and provide housing related support
- To provide outreach support when required
- To deputise for scheme manager as required
