Role Description
We are looking for a** Clinical and Training Administrato**r to join our Support Centre, covering maternity leave.

**Contract Length **-** **9-12 Months
**Hours**:

- 32 hours per week - these hours can be worked flexibly - eg school hours, 3 days per week etc
**Hourly Rate**:

- £11.62 per hour

Reporting in to our Head of Clinical Services, this role will help to support the smooth running of the business, providing administrative support across a variety of departments.

**Responsibilities**:
Training Support:

- Using the Eventbrite system to create and manage events
- Booking training venues, catering, materials etc
- Coordinating speakers - confirming availability, invoices etc
- Creation of certificates for all CPD courses

Clinical Support:

- Managing hotel and train bookings for the L&D team
- Arrange, plan and manage upcoming clinical events
- Identifying suitable venues for events, gathering quotations
- General admin duties where required - scanning, shredding, filing etc

Quality Assurance:

- Supporting the QA team with gathering and collating documentation for monthly reporting
- Running monthly reports in line with company deadlines

This is a very varied role and supports all our departments to ensure we can provide the highest level services as a business.

**Requirements**:

- Experience using Excel, Outlook and a basic understanding of these platforms
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks where needed
