**Role Summary / Purpose and Scope**

As Guest Experience Host, you will provide a professional, welcoming and five star greeting to all visitors to BioCity Nottingham. You will manage bookings of all meeting spaces and ensure the guest experience is the best it can be at all times. You will support the BioCity team and be the first point of contact for all occupiers and visitors.

As Guest Experience Host you will be a key figure in the BioCity Nottingham team. You will lead on meeting and greeting all occupiers and visitors and take responsibility for the overall appearance of the reception, common areas and the entrance to the building. In addition, you will manage all meeting room bookings and co-ordinate the set-up of meeting spaces/AV equipment to client satisfaction to ensure meetings run seamlessly.

You will support and be supported by the Operations Manager and Site Team of the facility.
