We are looking for caring and committed individuals to join our healthcare assistant team supporting our community hospitals. You'll be permanent member staff working between two wards based at Bicester community hospital and City community hospital (Churchill site).
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting the teams to meet the changing needs of the patients, provide personal care, assist in individual patient monitoring and be a patient advocate.
Your commitment to providing excellent care at the place of the individual patient or ward need will demonstrate your patient focused approach. Working across wards in a range of shifts, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, will develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of patient specialities and ensure that the role is very rewarding.
We are looking for individuals who show warmth and support to our patients and their families; helping to promote independence, dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
