**Overview**:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join an award-winning brand engagement agency that thrives on making people happy - our clients, our partners and our staff.
As Customer Service Administrator, you will support in administrating our VIP reward schemes, lead managing our hospitality ticket processing and administer our client’s golf tee time bookings.
**The role**:
- Planning: Accurately managing ticket and trip spreadsheets, creating itinerary templates and calling customers to explore their trip preferences. Processing golf booking with preferred client golf courses.
- Financial: itinerary budgeting, liaising with suppliers for collecting invoices and commissions, and credit card reconciliation.
- You’ll be the main point of contact for customers redeeming their rewards, requesting hospitality tickets and booking golf tee times.
**About you**:
- 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking, honest and oozing with initiative
- 2 years administrative experience
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate communication
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Budgeting skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
