CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a very successful, organisation based in Petersfield Hampshire, to recruit a Recruitment & Payroll Administrator for initially 3 months but with the potential to extend.This role will be fully remoteand you will be part of a very supportive team, who make a point of keeping in touch on a regular basis. This is great opportunity for someone that has a strong administration background that has included both payroll and recruitment.
**What will the role involve**;
- Assurances of accuracy and timeliness in processing recruitment and all associated actions;
- Full compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when undertaking routine/repetitive tasks;
- Good numeracy skills;
- Payroll administration;
- Administering new starters, leavers and changes on the HR system including, but not limited to contract changes for hours/role/terms & conditions, maternity / paternity and third party deduction.
- Recruitment Administration experience;
- Attention to detail.

- 37 hour working week.
