**JOB TITLE**: Part-time Office Manager
**JOB TYPE**: Part-time, Permanent
**COMPANY TYPE**: Premium training provider
**SALARY**: £18 per hour (£31,000 per annum - pro rata £14,900)
**HOURS**: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 3:30pm
**LOCATION**: Westminster, London
**Responsibilities/Duties**
This position is an extremely varied role due to the nature of the small team. You will be covering the following duties:
- Taking calls and messages
- Answering training plan enquiries
- Compiling information packs and spreadsheets
- Processing invoices
- Warm sales calls to previous customers
- Administrative support
- Database management
- Filing
- Mail/courier arrangements
- Maintain stationary supplies
- Meeting arrangements
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong experience within an executive administrative role
- Experience within a corporate environment essential
- Typing speed - 80 words per minute
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Personable and confident communicator
