Care Co-ordinator

We are growing our team and need someone who has experience in community care to join our office team.
You will create rotas based on service users needs and carers availability.

**About The Role**
You will be responsible for a designated scheme or schemes, including organising Care Attendant rotas and covering calls when staff are absent.
You will assist and support the work of the Operations Manager in ensuring their overall management of the schemes in line with policies and procedures and RQIA and NISCC standards.
**Required Criteria**
- Full driving license, car and business insurance
- Experience in excellent customer service delivery
- Experience using Microsoft packages in an office environment
- Experience of managing staff
- Experience in a Domiciliary Care setting

Team Management, Attention to detail, Communication
**About The Company**
Crossroads is a registered charity and not for profit organisation that depends upon a major part of our domiciliary work being obtained through contracts with the Health and Social Services Trusts.
In order to meet the needs of the additional project financially, Crossroads receives support from local companies and grant making bodies who are an invaluable resource for funding special projects and meeting some of the needs of carers in Northern Ireland.
Many of these companies and grant making bodies are committed to supporting Crossroads’ work year after year. Some of the special projects we have obtained funding for from these sources are ; Terminal illness, Life limited children, Alzheimer’s/ Dementia, In your Prime project and Young Carers Project.
