**Team Overview**

The Property Management ESG team currently has 3 members, a Director and two Associates. A further three members are due to join the team in 2023, assigned to the Stanhope contract. We are Sustainability generalists with backgrounds in waste management,Environmental and Energy Management Systems, and building certifications including BREEAM and WELL. We are passionate about supporting property management teams to deliver to the best quality service for our clients. The working environment is focussed andteam centric. We are predominantly based in the Finsbury Circus House office but visit sites and travel to other offices.**

Role Overview**

The position supports departments across the division, surveyors and site teams with ESG performance improvement.
The role will support teams to improve portfolio and asset level sustainability performance, lead on strategic deliverables and support Surveyors and Client Relationship Managers with growing strong client relationships through data insights.
The Savills’ Property Management Green Charter group set out to ensure we manage assets with a strong ESG foundation. Alongside this, Savills has ambitious plans to improve data accuracy, and provide best in class reporting to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
**An ESG Data Manager will be required to undertake (including but not limited to);
- Oversee and manage the process of collating Savills PM ESG data through various platforms and research providers;
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Savills PM ESG reporting platform to ensure data is continuously reviewed and updated accordingly;
- Help to identify potential gaps in our reporting and data and proactively provide suggestions to the ESG Strategy Manager and wider business to take appropriate action;
- Produce reports and present findings to departments against performance targets in line with our Green Charter strategy;
- Through data analysis, identify potential areas of opportunity and risk across the business by actively providing insight back to the business on stakeholders ambitions with regard to sustainability and ESG;
- Be responsible for supporting and developing tools and systems that will increase the effectiveness and integration of data across the business and therefore become the "point of contact" for sustainability and ESG data related requests;
- Lead internally and be the main point of contact externally for the annual REEB data submission;
- Use data insights and analysis to produce best practice case studies for award submissions and client pitches;
- Develop and maintain relationships with the key providers in the platform and research providers market;
- Support the bid and tender process within PM division and the wider business where sustainability and ESG statistics are required;
- Play a critical part in contributing to Savills PM reporting requirements by taking an active role in making sure our non-financial performance is accurate and consistent, e.g. Annual Report. ESG report, Gender Pay Gap report etc;
- Supporting the promotion of the Green Charter and work closely with key areas of the business including all divisions; Risk, HR, Client Development and Facilities to ensure our performance and data is accurate and captured centrally for the required purposes;
- Communicate through formal presentations and informal interactions;
- Produce written reports to a high standard;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Savills Earth services, and where appropriate make referrals.

Required
- At least 4 years’ experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience of working with sustainability data, including knowledge of energy, water, waste & carbon.
- Completely IT literate with high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Desired
- A high level of competence in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, experienced with data analysis with excellent attention to detail the ability to create complex formulas.
