Part Time Office Assistant

Element Recruitment are working with a leading Professional Services firm based in Bristol who are looking for an PArt Time Office Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional support across reception and switchboard services for all internal and external clients.
**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000
Based in Central Bristol.
This role is part time, Wednesday
- Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception
- Welcome all visitors to the office, including registering external guests on the booking system, managing their introduction/handover and liaising with Building Security regarding security passes
- Take ownership of the building access request inbox and book hot desks for staff due to be onsite
- Manage the switchboard, answering and transferring phone calls to the right department, taking messages and managing the system so that all data is correct and up to date and allows efficient directing of calls
- Manage room bookings and daily operations of the boardrooms, including regular room and equipment checks
- Deliver office tours to all of our new joiners
- Assist in the delivery of events held in the Bristol office
- Support the events team with the meet and greet, badge preparation, rooms set up and administration for on and off site events as and when required
You will have:
- Excellent customer service experience gained within a similar or client facing role
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a highly professional attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity at all times
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
