**Job Title**:Clinical Lead

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at a care home in Sutton In Craven. As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Registered Home Manager to ensure efficient management of the home from both compliance and commercial perspectives.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing individualized Care Plans using our electronic care planning system.
- Administering prescribed medication, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions according to company procedures and NMC guidelines.
- Supporting the Home Manager in monitoring care staff performance and providing supervision and training as needed.
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members.
- Taking responsibility for the running of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Valid NMC registration and RGN/RMN qualification.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of working with individuals living with Dementia.
- Comprehensive understanding of MCA, DoLs, Safeguarding, and whistleblowing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in IT systems.
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
