- **Role Overview**_

The Contract Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution of contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and specifications while maintaining high standards of service delivery. This position involves supervising contract delivery, managing of works across contracts, assessment of queries and quotations, monitoring performance, and fostering positive client relationships to achieve contractual objectives effectively and efficiently.
- **What you'll do**_

The following reflect the main tasks associated with the position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

- **Contract Oversight**: Oversee the implementation of contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to terms, specifications, and performance standards.
- **Quotations / Remedials**: Assess service provider quotations and recommendations for remedial works. Assist with remedial tracking and client requests. Review quotations and potential work schemes to ensure quality and value.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that services and deliverables meet or exceed contractual standards and client expectations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of contract delivery including supply chain, conducting regular evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Role will include maintaining and reviewing contract KPI’s.
- **Client Communication**: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on contract progress, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation and records as needed.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution, proactively addressing potential issues to prevent disruptions and ensure continuity of service delivery.
- **Cost Control**: To be conscious of contract delivery costs against budgets in relation to the works. Ensure that the works are completed within the specified rates.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to contract management, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- **What you’ll bring**_

As Contract Supervisor your main skills and experience will include:

- Essential Criteria_
- Possess significant relevant experience in a similar role within the maintenance / construction / facilities management industry.
- Proven experience in contract management or supervision, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
- Sound knowledge of contract management principles, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and administration.
- Proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results and resolving conflicts.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing contract management and procurement.
- Possess a full valid driving license.
- Desirable Criteria_

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
