**Trainee Health and Safety Advisor**

We have an exciting Trainee H&S Advisor role within a successful Health and Safety Training & Consultancy firm based in East Kent. **Overview**

Are you looking to kickstart your career as a Trainee Health & Safety (H&S) Advisor? No previous experience is required, full training is provided**.**

You will receive extensive training on delivering courses, build and you’re your people management and communication skills by helping others achieve on their learning journeys within their chosen professionalism.

**Duties**

The Trainee H&S Advisor will work within a small Team to deliver training from our Client’s state of the art facility in East Kent. They will also conduct visits to various premises within Kent and London assisting to carry out Health and Safety inspections and risk assessments, meeting new people and delivering courses. They will assist to facilitate online learning for groups of people.

You will be:

- Assisting in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments in various work environments
- Learning to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to mitigate risks
- Supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
- Gaining experience in incident investigation, report writing, and root cause analysis
- Collaborating with senior H&S professionals to promote a culture of safety within the organization

**Requirements**:

- Must be organised, computer literate and have achieved A Levels or equivalent A-C grades.
- Must be confident, presentable, personable and enthusiastic about learning new skills such as carrying out inspections and training others (Full training will be provided)
- You must be a motivated individual with a strong desire to work within the diverse field of Health and Safety.
- Must be prepared and motivated to complete learning during work hours.
- Must follow all the safeguarding, & our health and safety procedures and policies.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must hold a UK Driving Licence and have own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
