Youwill receive extensive training on delivering courses build andyour people management and communication skills by helping othersachieve on their learning journeys within their chosenprofessionalism.

Thiswill be a highly rewarding position for someone interested inHealth and Safety principles learning about different environmentsaccreditations and inspections. You will be assisting in conductingsafety inspections and risk assessments in various workenvironments. Furthermore the successful Candidate will be learningon the job acquiring their own portfolio of Accreditations andfurthering their career in Health andSafety.


Duties

TheTrainee H&S Advisor will work within a small Team todeliver training from our Client s state of the art facility inEast Kent. They will also conduct visits to various premises withinKent and London assisting to carry out Health and Safetyinspections and risk assessments meeting new people and deliveringcourses. They will assist to facilitate online learning for groupsofpeople.


Youwill be

Assisting in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments invarious workenvironments

Learning to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures tomitigaterisks

Supporting the development and implementation of health and safetypolicies andprocedures

Gaining experience in incident investigation report writing androot causeanalysis

Collaborating with senior H&S professionals to promote aculture of safety within theorganization



Requirements

Forthis role the ideal Candidate must be organised motivated becomputer literate and have achieved A Levels or equivalent ACgrades.

Must beconfident presentable personable and enthusiastic about learningnew skills such as carrying out inspections and training others(Full training will beprovided)

Youmust be a motivated individual with a strong desire to work withinthe diverse field of Health andSafety.

Theideal Candidate will primarily be based at the East Kent TrainingFacility but must be prepared to work and travel to in a variety ofsettings (clinic construction sites places of business) whenrequired.

Must be preparedand motivated to complete learning during workhours.

Must follow allthe safeguarding & our health and safety procedures andpolicies.

Must be eligibleto work in theUK

Must hold a UKDriving Licence and have owntransport

For this role the ideal Candidate must be organised, motivated, becomputer literate and have achieved A Levels or equivalent A-Cgrades.
