We are working in partnership with a Welsh charity that provides support for autistic adults. They provide supported living and outreach services in Cardiff & Vale, Cwm Taff and Gwent.

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work on a full time basis for an outreach scheme that provides care to young adults in their own home. Each call is a minimum of four hours where you will be providing day to day support in the as well asout in the community such as, trips to the cinema and attending the gym. Within this role you would be allowing them to be as independent as possible, but also supporting them with daily tasks such as food preparation and cleaning.

We are looking for a resilient and friendly Support Worker a new scheme, to enable individuals to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, sleep in duties.

You will receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and enthusiasm for the role.
