**About the role - Parts Specialist**

Our commitment to increasing the levels of customer support and interaction within our specialist business has led to an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly parts team, based at Market Weighton.

This role would suit:

- An enthusiastic individual having excellent communication skills together with the ability to work well with modern IT systems.
- A good mechanical mind to assist with the correct identification of agricultural spare parts would be advantageous, as would experience working within a similar warehouse environment.
- An individual who enjoys a work mix of both computer / admin and hands on duties.

**Initial Responsibilities**
- Completion of orders for both our retail customers and our own service department.
- Loading / unloading of delivery vehicles each day ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
- Daily parts duties dealing directly with an existing customer base.
- Out of hours, parts support on a Rota system as seasonal workload dictates.
- Delivering customer expectations in line with department targets.
- Implementation of standardised workflow procedures and processes within management guidelines.
- Operation of forklift trucks and their charging where required.
- General cleanliness of the goods inwards, warehouse and showroom area.

**Requirements**:

- Industry experience and knowledge of Agricultural Machinery would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work as part of a flexible team delivering industry leading support.
- Flexible, organized approach to work.

**Salary**: £23,400.00-£28,665.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
