Support Administrator

**A bit about the role and you**:
- A capable administrator who enjoys supporting a team
- Experienced processing purchase orders, processing credit notes, rebates and invoicing functions and understands their purpose
- Comfortable with high levels data entry
- Experienced using computer management systems - SAP and Siebel preferred.
- An advanced Excel user; V-Lookups and Pivot Tables essential
- Hugely efficient you will find managing two inboxes a dawdle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude is a MUST
- Must be available immediately and can commit up to 6 months
- Skilled at prioritising and multi-tasking
- Enjoy generating weekly and monthly reports
