HR Co-ordinator

**Tradebe are looking for an HR Co-ordinator to play a key role in an exciting UK wide project role out in our exciting business. We are implementing a new induction process across all our 20 UK sites and corporate hubs and need someone with systems knowledge to help deliver this.**
Initially this is a 12 month FTC role but, as we are a growing business this could be a permanent more generalist role in the future.
**The person**
- Experience working with HR systems, including the development of new processes
- A keen interest in HR and people operational processes with a focus on personal development
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills gained from working within a similar environment or role
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage one’s own workload to a set standard of SLA’s
- Able to forge strong working relationships with Stakeholders of all levels
- High level of IT confidence, including intermediate Excel skills
- Pro-active approach to problem solving

**The role**
As a People Services and Onboarding Coordinator your role will focus on providing a comprehensive and customer focused service for all first line HR and administration duties, including providing project support for the implementation of our new onboarding solution. This is a great opportunity to assist in a project implementation which add value to a growing business.
Acting as a first point of contact for all centralised queries, this would typically include processes such as new starter and leaver administration, benefit administration, paternity/maternity queries, contract changes and updates to terms and conditions and absence. You will also work closely with the HR Advisory and Payroll team to ensure all legislative and statutory deadlines are met and our people are fully supported to deliver their roles.
- Contribute to the successful processing of payroll within the pre-set monthly schedule of activity, ensuring all systems updates are accurate and consistent with monthly deadlines
- Support Managers and employees with employee requests such as Flexible working, maternity/paternity/adoption procedures and sickness absence recording.
- Support the integrity of people data within our HR systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
