**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
Your role would require you to support 1 gent live his best life possible, the person we support lives in a 3 bedroom terraced home located on a busy road in Newcastle, with a small back yard.

The person we support has lots of activites they enjoy. Some are listed below.
- Listening to music
- Having their hair done
- Making Jokes
- Getting out & about in the local community

Our staff team are great, and support the people we support to:

- Maintain homes
- Maintain relationships
- Enjoy activities i look forward too.
- Enjoy an active social life

order to support to have the Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in mental health, substance and alcohol abuse.

**Your values**:
You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so I know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.
