An award-winning business based in East Grinsted are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to come on board and be a valuable part of the team.

This role is responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with customers to facilitate their conversion from enquiry to completion. Key duties will include:

- Handling and resolving enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Preparing sales quotations, ensuring everything is costed correctly
- Being the point of contact for queries across the department

You will have:

- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships
- Experience of handling customer enquiries and working to sales objectives

Hours:
This is a part time roles for 2 days a week (9am-5pm) and ideally these days will be a Monday and Tuesday, however, there could be a degree of flexibility on this.

In addition to a fantastic working environment, you will also be entitled to a benefits package including 22 days holiday (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays, private healthcare, pension scheme and free parking.
