We are recruiting for a well-established organisation who are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their small and friendly team at their office in East Grinstead.

You will play an important role in the Customer Service team, as you will be the first point of contact for customers when they contact the business.

Your main duties will include:

- Answering calls and transferring to other departments if required
- Processing orders and quotes
- Helping customers with questions and solving any problems
- Helping with any showroom visits
- Dealing with any after sales issues
- Keeping customers up to date throughout the order process
- Updating the system with relevant notes
- Inbox management

This is a great opportunity to expand your customer service skills and utilise them in an office-based role. We are looking for someone with an excellent phone manner, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and who is enthusiastic and keento learn new things. All training will be given upon starting
