**Job Description**:
The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting business process & projects in the Business Performance team within our Wood Mackenzie Operations function. They have an interest in business processes, continuous improvement, and project organisation to support Wood Mackenzie’s integration with our new owners, Veritas.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support projects managed by the Business Process & Projects team with reporting, regular meetings, and communications.
- Work with the team and wider stakeholders to develop effective best practice business processes.
- Support Operations related comms, liaising with Wood Mackenzie Internal Communications team as required.
- Update and maintain the Operations Hub SharePoint site plus liaising with other SharePoint Hub owners to avoid duplication.
- Support the management & maintenance of key Wood Mackenzie agile business tools (PluralSight Skills, FigJam & SalesForce).

- Self-starter who is energised by a challenge, passionate about operational excellence and love the thrill of creating a new standard for what’s possible
- Collaborative team worker
- Excellent Office 365 skills, particularly Teams & SharePoint plus supporting apps
- Experience with PowerBI including importing data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with the project life cycle & process improvements
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge or experience of Agile ways of working & Lean Six Sigma is a plus
