**Training to be provided**
- Business Administrator Level 3
- Functional Skills Level maths and English if required
**Overview of the Apprenticeship**
Equipment Controller and Workshop Administrator Apprentice duties to learn.
- Check daily on where all the trailer fleet is and follow up on static equipment.
- Organising the MOT & Service schedules for the fleet of trailers.
- Arrange with third party repairers in all countries to book in MOT, service, and repair work on daily basis.
- Arranging for unscheduled maintenance and breakdown.
- Ensure that cost control is adhered to
- Assist in building a new IT system within the Equipment function.
- Arrange and book trailers to ship empty to countries who are requesting extra equipment.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, operating procedures and standards at all times.
- Always work with due care and attention and in accordance with current HSE requirements to ensure the personal safety of yourself and others.
- Ensure strong working relationships are built and maintained with the clients/customers.
