HR Officer

You will be supporting the HR team with Human Resources and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Employment Relations cases
- Care take, chase, follow up our background vetting service for all new joiners
- Create letters and other admin tasks
- Be the first point of call for HR queries
- Run the inductions for new hires
- Any ad hoc duties that arise working in a small team Key skills
- Experience in a previous HR role
- Confidence to manage employment relations cases independently (but with support from the HRBP if required)
- A proactive and forward thinking outlook
- Willingness to help and ‘get stuck in’ as we are a small team with a variety of tasks
In Borehamwood office as and when needed for ER cases - or once a week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
