At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting for a **SEN support assistant** for a wonderful **mainstream** **primary school **in the **Worthing** area. They provide a happy and safe environment where the children can thrive in their education. They have an amazing outdoor area to expand the children’s learning outside the classroom setting.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**
