Client Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and actively acquiring new business. As a Client Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Your ability to effectively communicate and identify client needs will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. We are seeking someone who has a strong background or passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
Responsibilities of the Client Sales Representative:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with new prospective clients to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interaction.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients through face to face interactions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to provide client feedback, address concerns, and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities and manage client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with the industry and product/service offerings is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
Pay: £44,717.59-£53,853.44 per year
