**What you will be doing**:
You will be responsible for marketing telesales and communicating the benefits of our company’s training products to drive sales. You will serve as the point of contact between the business and prospects/clients. You will identify and educate prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to their training needs. We have the added benefit that a lot of the courses we offer are fully funded meaning the trainee receives the qualification free of charge.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This will be a key role within the company and some of the key tasks will be:

- Generate and qualify leads, source, and develop client referrals.
- Schedule sales activity, develop and maintain a customer database, and make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Provide customers with information about items, prices, features, and advantages of using our training centre.
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Keep track of sales, and customer feedback.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices
- Outstanding communication skills

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of training courses and procedures - This is not essential as full training will be given.

**Key Competencies**
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
