**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Provide other administrative support as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficient in computer skills including data entry, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
