Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator with finance background in the Chester area
Our client is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join their expanding team in Chester.
Hybrid working, full time, Monday-Friday, office hours.
Pay rate: £ 19.000 - £20.200 per annum plus bonus scheme

Job purpose:
Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports all staff across two offices by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online,and via telephone.
Job description:

- Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
- Manages all customer invoicing through use of company billing system and Xero, Go-Cardless accounts.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains stationery and orders office supplies as needed
- Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Manages external suppliers in respect of purchase orders and invoicing
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested
- Manages the provision and supply of new telephone numbers through supplier portal.
Skills and qualifications:

- Prior experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Xero software
- Go Cardless
- Microsoft Office
- Google Mail
- Google Meet
- Excel spreadsheets
