Your new role
The Learning Management Systems Administrator and Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, administration and coordination of the LMS system, with a focus on Cornerstone OnDemand. You will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Academy in delivering an exceptional training and development experience to the company and its clients whilst driving continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator with prior knowledge of coordinating learning management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in order to deliver effective training in line with e-learning principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies. You will have prior experience with content creation and collaborate with subject-matter experts to produce engaging, functional and accurate trainings that are aligned with key learning objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate data analysis, through performance metrics and learning matrixes, in order to measure training effectiveness.Knowledge of LMS systems, specifically Cornerstone OnDemand, is highly desirable. Previous experience in the maritime or superyacht industry is advantageous.
