Looking for a dynamic and energetic OH Data Administrator to join our team at BHSF As our OH Data Administrator, you'll be the glue that holds our team together, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring all data is handled correctly and processed efficiently. You will also need to ensure all OH data is clean and up to date, in line with GDPR regulations. Please see more below regarding the expectation and responsibilities we want you to adhere to:
**Key responsibilities/Objectives**
- To identify all hard copy medical records and define their retention period in line with Data record policy
- To organise and structure destruction and or archive process for hard copy records at the Belfast offices
- To have knowledge of procedures and protocols
- To upload and scan any outstanding data from clinicians onto the relevant systems
- Scan the daily incoming post for OH for distribution
- Work under own direction to ensure data is processed efficiently and in line with the data cleansing guidelines
- To maintain Courtesy, professionalism, and high standards of presentation in all communications with customers and potential customers
- To perform reception duties within clinic
- To perform all tasks and duties when required providing flexibility and covering a team working environment
- To comply with required obligations under the Company’s data protection, information security and other relevant policies, when handling personal data or special categories of sensitive data.
- Operates within defined risk appetite levels, and within the context of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Risk Strategy, and all associated policies.
- All employees are responsible for ensuring the protection of personal data, as such you are required to actively engage with all requests relating to data protection and proactively ensure compliance with GDPR and the DPA when handling any personal, special category or criminal conviction data. You must report data incidents in-line with Company Policy.
- Operates within defined risk appetite levels, and within the context of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), Risk Strategy, and all associated policies
- At all times, ensure that customers are put first in everything we do, following all policies and procedures, especially those relating to The Consumer Duty
- Ensure compliance with the company health and safety rules and requirements, ensuring own safety and that of colleagues at all times; raising risks identified immediately and following all health and safety instructions.
