We have a vacancy for an Experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team at TRS Vehicle Centre.
- Hours of work; 30 Hours per week, exact time of start and finish is negotiable. Salary may be negotiable dependant upon applicant experience._

We are an established and fast paced business and this is a central, varied and trusted role. It is therefore essential that you have relevant experience in a role of this nature and can slot straight into the role, working independently, meeting tight deadlines and excellent at adapting to new systems.

You must be very motivated and have a meticulous eye for detail.

The role involves day to day accounts housekeeping; Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, Administration, updating Cash Flow, Accounts Software Integration and Bank Reconciliations for the business and also our sister property rental company. Therefore, comprehensive experience of Sage and Excel are essential.

You will be required to prepare and submit VAT returns, ensure HMRC payments are made and also calculate gross wages information for submission to our external payroll company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £17,800.00-£20,000.00 per year
