**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the Chairman/CEO but working with the whole Executive team, you will need a professional and structured approach to support the organisation with its effective management. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries and ensuring that the first impression they have of Growpura is a good one.
**Key Tasks**
Administration
- Undertaking PA duties for the Chairman/ CEO.
- Act as a central point of contact for incoming customer queries ensuring responses are sent quickly and are of a high standard.
- Arrange meetings, attending Board and Executive meetings to take minutes, type up and circulate and follow up on actions.
- Organise and manage office facilities for Colworth based staff.
- Manage key services including security, cleaning, utilities, telecoms, IT, liaising with local site management regarding services provided.
- Responsible for meeting Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations for the Colworth office.
- Stock management including, stationery, equipment, first aid supplies.
- Maintaining and organising company electronic files and databases.
- Making travel arrangements for staff, booking venues etc.
- Posting supplier invoices, sales invoices onto the Xero accounts system.
- Producing and sending purchase orders, ordering items.
- Reconciliation of Company Credit cards.
Personnel
- Maintain Personnel records.
- Manage annual leave and sickness absence.
- Ensure holiday requests are received & recorded in a timely manner.
- Liaise closely with HR regarding recruitment and run company induction program.
- Process the monthly payroll in liaison with the Financial Department and 3rd party supplier.

**The successful post holder will have**:
- Office management and PA experience
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Strong IT skills, inc. Teams. O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A high level of confidence and the ability to instil confidence in others.
- Experience with book-keeping and ideally use of Xero
**Benefits**
Salary £30,000 -£35,000 per annum
