**Job Title: Internal Sales Team Leader**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. As the Internal Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and success of our internal sales team. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of internal sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

2. **Sales Performance Management**:

- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Monitor individual and team performance closely, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and revenue generation.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure that all customer inquiries, orders, and issues are handled promptly, professionally, and to the highest standard of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.

4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share insights, coordinate initiatives, and address challenges proactively.

5. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including individual and team metrics, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards goals, using CRM systems and other tools as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
