**About the role and our team**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Finance Administration Officer to join the Financial Advisory Service within the Isle of Man Treasury

The Financial Advisory Service provides high quality, effective, financial advice and support, and management information across Government. In this role, you will provide excellent financial support to customer Departments to deliver their strategic objectives.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Supporting budget holders to monitor budgets and expenditure
- Processing and monitoring services
- Helping to maintain financial information in systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Delivering financial processes in line with Financial Regulations
- Assisting with the provision of helpful and informative data for our customers

You will work as part of our friendly, cohesive team which will provide you with a professional and resilient peer support network.

**Additional information**

Please note a basic police check is required for this post. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.

A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
