**Role Description**

As a Home Claims expert, you’ll support Home technical claims in defining and delivering the department strategy, projects and initiatives; along with ensuring that Technical Home Claims Philosophy, Indemnity & reserving Knowledge material is kept up to date. You’ll assist with the production of monthly and periodical reporting.

**About you**

Working under your own initiative and demonstrating a good knowledge of the end to end Home Claims journey, with good communication and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.

You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of regulatory, and compliance requirements understanding the home policy cover, including an awareness of different policy wordings and exclusions used and how variances are applied. Writing a report or presentation that is clear, logical, persuasive and grammatically correct. Reviewing practices and procedures impacted by regulatory change, FOS decisions and industry trends and statutes.
