Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, and establish ISMMART Cosmetics as a leading brand in the cosmetics market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channels, and implement effective sales plans and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand the customer base and secure strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive product awareness, and generate demand.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and implement brand strategies, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and public relations activities.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving sales excellence.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team members.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate sales effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales and marketing leadership roles within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
- Experience in successfully launching and managing brands in competitive markets is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a sales and marketing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, best practices, and strategies within the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, brand management, digital marketing, and retail distribution.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive sales and marketing strategies.
