Typist

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual? Do you have previous Typist experience? In this role, you will be working in a busy Belfast office carrying out various admin duties, with a focus on Typist duties. To carry out all activities in accordance with specified quality, quantity and time targets. Read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity.

Main Duties:

- This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Word processing of correspondence, typing bills of quantities, final accounts, reports, valuations etc
- Preparation and submission of presentations
- Personal Assistant to Belfast Partners - arranging diary/partnership events
- Organising business travel
- Open mail, recording the contents and distributing same (when required)
- General office duties
- Telephonist

Personal Attributes:

- A minimum of one years previous experience in a Typist role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint (Indesign desirable)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment:

- Full-time, permanent position
- 9am-5.30pm, flexible on start times
- Salary will range between £24,000/£25,000 Plus Benefits
