We are currently recruiting an Administrator/Typist within our busy Belfast office.
The role will require an individual with strong communication and administration skills, meticulous attention to detail and at least two years previous experience of providing administration support.
You should be familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.Essential Criteria:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. (Indesign desirable).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Role:
This role requires strong administrative and organisational skill, excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Word processing of correspondence, typing bills of quantities, final accounts, reports, valuations etc
- Preparation and submission of presentations
- Personal Assistant to Belfast Partners arranging diary/partnership events
- Organising business travel
- Open mail, recording the contents and distributing same (when required)
- General office duties.
