What will you be doing?

This role provides a unique chance to play an essential role in a law firm, contributing to the comprehensive services offered by the team. You will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Northern Ireland team. You will be producing accurate audio typing and assisting with secretarial duties competently as and when required You will be inputting MI data into spreadsheets and working closely with the wider team on any administrational duties. The best part? Training will be provided

We want someone who is organised and can work in a fast-paced environment, as well as use their initiative.

What do I need?

Ideally, you will have Audio Typing experience in a high-volume environment or have experience working in a similar role within a busy and diverse support services environment.

You will need excellent organisation and communication skills, written and verbal as well as the ability to work within a team You will also be competent at working with database systems and Microsoft packages such as excel and word.

Experience with MI is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
