**Salary**: Up to £52,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being the point of contact for Apprentices on scheme, ensuring that their development and training meets the needs of the apprenticeship and the business
- Collating and organising the functional inputs (volume, timing and skills) provision to underpin the requirements for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain and will be supporting the attraction and recruitment campaigns alongside on boarding into the business
- Designing, planning and managing the schemes and the apprentice placements and will work closely with the Skills Coaches, ensuring appropriate support, governance and assurance activities are carried out
- Exploring opportunities to improve and enhance the Manufacturing & Supply Chain and ensuring that they align to our future skill requirements
- Delivering our Manufacturing, Supply Chain to the Air functions, aligning their aspirations and capabilities with the functional demand at the end of their apprenticeship

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Experience of working within and a sound understanding of a manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environment
- Understanding resourcing, planning and processes within Early Careers or apprenticeships
- Experience of managing people, people related matters, and employee relations issues
- Experience of working within an early careers environment and apprenticeships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability effectively engage with stakeholders

Desirable:

- Experience of working within different aspects of Early Careers and apprenticeships provision
- Experience and knowledge of safeguarding and wellbeing people matters
- Experience of working with an Early Careers team
