**Product Information Administrator**

**JDH Solutions**

**Full time, Permanent**

**Salary**: up to £23,000 per annum

**Working**: 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday

**Location**: Somerset Office, TA10 9PZ

Working as our Product Information Administrator for JDH Solutions (part of the Advantage Smollan Group) you will deliver accurate and detailed product information for use in Space Management or ecommerce. This crucial information is used to help advise manufacturers on product placement based on footfall and consumer behaviour, thus optimising their sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shop in-store and online for required products
- Photograph products to customer specification
- Photoshop product images to required standard
- Enter category segmentation and product dimensions to database
- Transfer product data from other customer databases
- Ensure product data is 100% accurate, never compromising on accuracy
- Ensure folder structure and file naming conventions are followed
- Occasional creation of planograms from PDF, photos or from scratch using specialist planogram software (training provided)

**You will have**:

- A full manual driving license
- A team player attitude but equally able to work on own initiative
- The ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and take ownership
- Accuracy and be methodical, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience of data administration, data entry or similar an advantage
- Experience working within grocery or FMCG an advantage but not essential
- Enthusiasm to take on the challenge to learn new skills - e.g. you will learn how to use Space Planning planogram software and Photoshop
- Excellent customer service and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers - JDH Solutions prides itself on these characteristics so being able to demonstrate them is essential

**This role will require some driving, and therefore a full driving license is required**
