**About the role**:
It’s important that you have the ability to ensure a consistent and high standard of design is maintained, and that our brand’s visual identity is applied effectively across a range of marketing communication projects.

This is a hybrid role, based in Uxbridge, working 3 days in the office and 2 at home. (working 5 days/ 37.5hrs a week) on a temporary contract.

**In this role**:

- Interact and work with the wider marketing department including Product Marketing, Sales, Events, Digital and External Design Agencies,
- Maintain a strong customer service approach to serving all customers in the best way,
- Working with the Creative & Digital Design Manager for creative direction and management of all assets,
- Manage the design of all online and offline materials,
- Lead the design of campaigns, product launches, events, and photographic shoots,
- Manage any direct reports and conduct continual reviews and evaluations on performance,
- Develop new skills and bring them to the creative process within the team,
- Maintain a clear and professional manner when communicating with the team and suppliers/vendors,
- Keep up to date with current design trends and implement them as appropriate,
- Able to work in a team and on your own.

**Our requirements**:

- Educated to Diploma or Degree Level in Design,
- Knowledge of the following systems and Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects,
- Knowledge of pre-press techniques,
- Creative and technical design skills - digital, print, social, UI/UX,
- Innovative and strategic thinker - providing ideas for concept and campaign creation,
- Photographic management - photographic briefs, styling,
- Good time management and planning skills,
- Digital finishing skills - the ability to prepare a file correctly for digital pre-press output,
- Excellent presentation skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize workload,
- Good understanding of design concepts for digital and print,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Strong team-working and planning skills.
- Well rounded designer who connects the dots between the business needs, innovation and good design,
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm,
- Orgasnied and able to hit deadlines.
