**Working Location**

LS Events office is London based, however we offer hybrid working solutions, with the understanding that attending in person meetings is a key requirement for this role. You will also be required to be onsite for the build, live and / or break periods of the projects you are assigned to.

- **:Personal Specification

Applicants should:

- ** Professional Experience**: Demonstrated expertise as a Draughtsperson, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of drafting projects, preferably within the events, exhibition, or theatre industry.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software, especially Vectorworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and industry standards.
- ** Attention to detail**: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality drawings.
- ** Spatial Planning and Creativity**:

- Familiarity with spatial planning, traffic flow, and event logistics.
- Creative mindset with an ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
- ** Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ** Knowledge and Understanding**: Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, engineering processes, event production processes and material is a plus.
- ** Flexibility and Availability**: Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, to support on-site event setups.

- **Can do attitude**: We value enthusiasm, commitment and experience over formal qualifications.
- ** Education**: Educated to at least GCSE level A-C, or equivalent in Maths and English Language.
- ** Technical Skills**: Applicants must be proficient in the use of Vectorworks.

- ** Professional Qualifications**: A bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in drafting, engineering, or a related field.
