Administrator - Attendance Management Team

Retford, United Kingdom Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Previous applicants need not apply.

The Attendance Management Team are looking for a Band 3 Administrator to assist the Team in the effective implementation of Trust’s Policy in relation to Attendance Management to all Nursing areas within the hospital.

Please note that this post may not meet the pay and skill level required for a Skilled worker visa

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of Agenda for Change Band 3. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.

You will assist the Band 4 Administrator in providing advice and support to ensure managers understand their responsibility for the implementation of attendance management and undertake all possible actions to minimise sickness levels.

The post holder needs to have experience in administration, clerical and secretarial duties with the ability to provide an excellent, confidential and efficient service.

The duties will primarily focus on tasks associated with attendance management, and keeping clear and concise records and to communicate with managers when appropriate to assist in compiling Sickness Management Case information.

This role also requires significant organisational skills, time management skills and personal credibility.
