The Daljo Group operates 21 Subway stores across East Anglia & the Southwest of England with offices in Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for an Administrator based in our central office near the Sugar Beet Factory, Bury St Edmunds to help support our Accounts & Payroll function.

Initially the role will include supporting our accounts and payroll lead with daily and weekly tasks to ensure the smooth running of the central office. This role is offered at a fixed term of 1 year to cover maternity with the potential to become permanent after this.

Role overview (Experience not essential as full training will be given):

- **Issuing & filing of digital contracts**:

- **Supporting the accurate curation of employee records**:

- **Processing new starters and leavers using various systems**:

- **Support the process of invoice management & payment**:

- **Maintain and track team turnover figures**:

- **Support and administer the change of terms/contract process**:

- **Supplier ordering e.g. Equipment & uniform**:

- **Support the banking reconcilliation process**:

- **Support the effective resolution of payroll queries**:

- **Ad hoc tasks as requested**
- Numerate with strong IT skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Great communication skills (both written and oral).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional in a fast paced environment.

You'll be part of a small but enthusiastic team, with a very hands on approach, so you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks and have a real impact on the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.40 per hour
