Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team supporting the onsite FM team & their client ensuring effective and efficient operation delivery. The role is very varied and will be great for someone looking to expand their expertise and knowledge.
**Main Duties of the role includes**
- Raising Purchase Order and Purchase Requisitions
- Prepare tracking documents, manage goods receipts and invoice matching
- Diary management for suppliers and visitors to site
- Arrange petty cash advances with the finance team and issue & reconcile with workers as required
- Filing of service paperwork regarding waste management, supplier management and service contracts
- Make BACS requests for purchases and payments, chase VAT and liaise with finance team
- Manage office deliveries and collections with local couriers
- Recording holiday requests for FM department
- Responsible for stationary for team and site staff
- Management of TV & Radio licences for the site
**Required skills and experience includes**
- Ability to deliver a high level of service to suppliers, customers and onsite stakeholders
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate and assist others
- Proficient IT skills in MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and proficient in Maths to complete finance duties
- Strong communication skills with ability of influences and adaptability of communication with different audiences
- Well organdie, ability to prioritise, resilience and ability to work to deadlines.
