We have a great opportunity for you to join our HR team for a 3 month fixed-term contract, where we are committed to enabling people to be the best they can be.

**What does this role involve?**

Working in our HR Administration team you will be helping to resolve manager and employee queries in a timely manner, as the first point of contact for the HR team.

**Day to day, you will;**
- Input and update data into our HR databases.
- Collating and producing reports and dashboards from the database.
- Update and maintain HR databases, absence and employee records.
- Maintain the HR workflow and obtain relevant HR forms and documentation
- Maintain an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR.
- Act as a point of contact for HR providing guidance to employees/managers and escalating where appropriate.
- Support with all HR activities.

**Who we are looking for?**

Having worked in a data sensitive role previously, you will understand the importance of keeping information confidential and secure. You will have a keen eye for detail as you will be processing a high volume of sensitive data and be familiar with HR policies and procedures.

Previous experience working in a HR department would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
