£50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Excellent Benefits Package

Home Based - Midlands / North - Hybrid role

Are you a Business Improvement Manager, from a Manufacturing background, looking to join a billion pound turnover company where you can drive change on a national level and progress in to senior leadership positions?

This is an excellent opportunity to have a major impact on this international market leader, implementing new processes and creating a culture of improvement across the business; whilst developing technically through an extensive training program.

This is a great time to join this long standing global group as they continue to dominate their market place and invest heavily in their employees.

On offer is a varied role where you will be using date to developing improvement strategies across 9 sites. Working closely with senior management in order to create a culture of change and improvement across the business.

The Role:
*Producing improvement strategies and influencing senior management
*Managing a national portfolio of improvement projects across 9 sites
*Home based 3 days a week, 2 days a week on site
*Playing a pivotal role in improving productivity and reducing costs
*Business Improvement Manager
*Strategic, finance and data experience
*Proven track record of implementing change and dealing with senior management
*Manufacturing background ideally with experience overseeing multiple sites
