**Facilities Co-Ordinator - Site Logistics, **required to support the Centre Facilities Manager, in deliver exceptional retail facilities services including FM, security, engineering and cleaning functions; for our clients portfolio in Bournemouth.
**Envirotech FM **are offering this exciting opportunity for an individual to join an established and technically led company with an impressive client base across the UK and the chance to grow and learn alongside a team of industry leading experts.
This position will report to the Centre Facilities Manager, and will work on a rota basis to cover the core hours of the site opening times as a team, across 7 days a week.
- As a minimum the **IOSH Managing Safely **qualification.
**5 years **relevant FM experience, ideally within commercial property.
A **IWFM **qualification or equivalent at **Level 3**.
**Duties**
- Assist in facilitating risk assessments, inspections and audits, and actioning points raised, whilst ensuring health and safety compliance and company standards are maintained.
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach to site maintenance and appears.
- Responsible for the maintenance of management records held, keeping accurate records and all statutory test certificates are up to date.
- Report any major FM issues or incidents to the management surveyor and assist in recommendations to resolve in conjunction with the company’s health and safety manager.
- Attend emergency call outs, action accordingly and report to the Centre Manager.
- Understand the business strategy and promote positively
- Promote visitors experience, ensuring the leave with the best possible impression.
- Be the lead point of contact for contractors, tenants and delivery operatives using the loading bay and access corridors. Reviewing scope and site requirements regular.
- Proactively work to keep all areas clear and remove items outside of designated areas.
- Oversea the yearly orders to cover the service agreements with contractors.
- Provide knowledge of supplier costs and service requirement and to assist with the service charge budget.
- Support the manager in reconciling accounts throughout and at the end of the financial year.
- Attend meeting with, or on behalf of the Centre Managers to collate action required.
**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**
- IWFM level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or above.
- A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely certificate or above
- Communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at an executive level
- Suitable, recent and relevant FM experience, typically 5 year
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines
